Mr. Zahid Saeed has taken charge as Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Rawalpindi. He is now sitting in the main office of the Commissioner, Kathchery Chowk, Rawalpindi.

Illegal Housing Schemes"AL-HEAVEN GARDEN"Rawalpindi / Islamabad and "Pir Mehar Ali Shah Town" and Gulistan-e-Batgram are illegal Housing Schemes and they are advertising there schemes, and they don't have any NOC/ approval from the Twon Municipal Administration, Potohar Town, Rawalpindi or any other competent department.So it is inform to general public that please don't made any dealing with the Housing Schemes.

Establishment of Complaint Cell at Chief Minister's Secretariat, Lahore

A Public Complaint Cell (PCC) is hereby established in the Chief Minister's Secretariat , Punjab, Lahore with immediate effect. The Complaint Cell will be headed by Director PCC. The Director PCC shall work under the supervision of Deputy Secretary (Assembly) with the following assigned duties;
- Monitoring of investigation and prosecution of high profile criminal cases.
- Receive and process complaints against excesses alleged to have been commited by public officials.
- Processing press clippings regarding crimes
- Processing complaints against Qabza Groups, mafias, and organized criminal groups.
- Processing miscellaneous complaints
- Facilitating provision of free legal aid to needy/poor individuals.

Establishment of Chief Secretary Punjab Online Compalint Cell Lahore

With the great concern of Chief Secretary Punjab, the government of Punjab has launched Online Complaint Cell at all districts of Punjab including City District Government Rawalpindi. It deals with all types of complaints regarding Goverment Departments.

With the concern of Ch. Nisar Ali Khan, City District Government Rawalpindi has established Online Complaint Center for the welfare of general public. A public persons can enter their complaints on www.complaint.rawalpindi.gov.pk or can give it to IT department clerk for further necessary action.

JICA technical Cooperation Japan has launched new project (The Project For The Improvement of the Flood Forecasting and Warning System for Nallah Lai Basin) for the relief of public. CDGR has great concern about this project, because the rainy season is coming in Aug-2009, and it will be very effective in this regard.
